Before entering real estate, Jim built a national career in the wine industry and became a partner in a Napa Valley winery, working within one of the most regulated industries in the country. His career required navigating multi-state compliance, complex regulations, and high-stakes negotiations with national retailers and distributors.

Today, those same skills help clients confidently navigate one of life’s biggest transitions.
